We specialise in the manufacture of components for use in all sectors of industry including, aerospace, automotive, domestic, pharmaceutical and petrochemical.
We are happy to produce simple or highly complex machined components and fabricated components in small prototype batches right through to large production size batches.
Our scope of services range from highly complex 5 axis CNC machining to general plant maintenance and fabrication.
• 5 Axis machining using state of the art equipment up to 2 metres diameter and 5 tonne in weight.
• CNC Milling, turning and spark eroding
• General turning, milling and surface grinding.
• Design and Manufacture (CAD/CAM) special purpose fixtures, work benches and machine platforms
